               There is also a “business
opportunity” for interested reining enthusiasts.  Banner
space and live feed advertising is now available for purchase.
Space is limited and deadlines are fast approaching, so make your
reservations now by contacting the Marketing Department at the
                NRHA office.
              The NRHA Derby Spotlight
Sale, slated for May 20th, will undoubtedly be a highlight
of this event.  Last year, Jim Dunn’s consignment,
Grandeur Of Chic (Paid By Chic x Victoria Greyhound), was the
High Seller and High Selling Stallion at $26,000. The High Selling
Mare was an extremely flashy Paint filly consigned by Mary Cartier,
EBR Fire N Ice (Like A Diamond x Lost Quixote) and sold for $22,500.
Yearlings, broodmares, two and three-year-old prospects, as well
as fully-trained show horses will be paraded through the sale
ring for your inspection and consideration.
              There is no video required
for the Derby Spotlight Sale and the consignment deadline for
the 2006 event is March 15th.  For contracts,
